CALL is the exclusive collaboration between Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business and the National Peace Corps Association, providing turnkey solutions for corporate-sponsored international volunteer (ICV) programs and pro bono advisor programs. CALL leverages the tools of Northeastern University’s cooperative education model, and how to create measurable value through experiential learning with the National Peace Corps experience, knowledge, and relationships that span 54 years and 140 countries. CALL’s leadership includes academic, business, and non-profit thought leaders who are dedicated to the global issues and challenges faced by corporations, governments, and developing countries.

CALL Founder & Director, Paula Caligiuri, Ph.D.

CALL founder, Paula Caligiuri is a D’Amore-McKim School of Business Distinguished Professor of International Business and Strategy at Northeastern University, Boston, MA 02115, USA where she researches and teaches in the area cultural agility and global leadership development.  She works extensively with leading organizations across a wide range of industries, including private sector, military, and non-profit organizations. She has written several articles and books including, Cultural Agility:  Building a Pipeline of Successful Global Professionals (2012).  Paula is the current HR Area Editor for the Journal of International Business Studies, is the Director of the Cultural Agility Leadership Lab (CALL) at Northeastern University and is a frequent expert guest on CNN and CNN International covering career and management-related topics.  She holds a Ph.D. from Penn State University in industrial and organizational psychology.
