The National Peace Corps Association (NPCA) offers local NGOs access to short-term technical expertise from volunteer corporate consultants through the Cultural Agility Leadership Lab (CALL) program, implemented in partnership with Northeastern University.
Below are some of our future program requests for assistance. Priority is given to NGOs aligned with Peace Corps programs or those founded or supported by Returned Peace Corps Volunteers (PCVs).

This Nonprofit Organization Partner is a social business that works to bridge the inequality gap in Colombia through responsible tourism. The organization works closely with their local partner to provide non-conventional insider tours that allow international volunteers to merge with the local culture and provide a nice, clean, safe, comfortable and meaningful accommodation experience in the city.
- Marketing & Strategic Support - Developing a clear marketing and communications strategy to expand upon the success of the organization and its partners.
- Finance - Review and make suggestions on the financial model and possible programs that could be improved in the current model.
- Partnerships - Creative attention to potential partnerships and ways of expanding the current approach of similar organizations as a social business. Potentially of exploring Certified B Corporation status as an example.

CALL — Cultural Agility Leadership Lab — is a partnership between the National Peace Corps Association and Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business that infuses international corporate volunteer and pro bono advisor programs with the deep cross-cultural understanding and flexibility for which Peace Corps Volunteers have long been known.
