The National Peace Corps Association (NPCA) offers local NGOs access to short-term technical expertise from volunteer corporate consultants through the Cultural Agility Leadership Lab (CALL) program, implemented in partnership with Northeastern University.
Below are some of our future program requests for assistance. Priority is given to NGOs aligned with Peace Corps programs or those founded or supported by Returned Peace Corps Volunteers (PCVs).

The Nonprofit Organization Partner's mission is to restore the lives of survivors of human trafficking and sexual violence and prevent commercial sexual exploitation and forced labor through increased awareness, training, advocacy and collaboration at an interdisciplinary and international level.
Founded in 2009, the organization is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that rose out of concerns about human trafficking circuits operating between the U.S.-Mexico border in southern California, the busiest international land crossing in the world.
Since its inception, the organization's purpose has been to bring people together from diverse backgrounds to fight human trafficking. Its leadership consists of a dynamic team with more than 15 years of experience managing human trafficking and sexual exploitation cases in the U.S. and in Mexico.
The organization would like to build a strategic plan for their agency for the next five years where they can experience internal growth, expansion in services and increased efficiency in their service delivery and in our fundraising/donor development capability.
Therefore, the organization requests training in capacity building, strategic planning, marketing and communications. Their team would also greatly benefit from training and technical assistance in the area of professional development: fundraising and grant writing.

CALL — Cultural Agility Leadership Lab — is a partnership between the National Peace Corps Association and Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business that infuses international corporate volunteer and pro bono advisor programs with the deep cross-cultural understanding and flexibility for which Peace Corps Volunteers have long been known.
